innovative environmental control technologies. The system will monitor gases on the input and on the output of the world’s most advanced energy recovery and emission control technology demonstration facility, powered by EPS. The CEMS built by Cemtrex, Inc. will be engineered with highly sensitive monitoring instruments, including CLD (chemiluminescence) based NOx analyzers, UV based SO2 analyzers, Ozone analyzers as well as a durable and reliable sampling system with multi-stream sample sequencers and gas multiplexers. The Cemtrex CEMS will be used by Eco Power Solutions to demonstrate the efficiency of their COMPLY – 2000 Ozone Technology, which efficiently removes up to 98% of NOx, SO2 and particulate emissions from the flue gas of coal- and gas-powered facilities and economizes on energy consumption. The value of a single CEMS system of this type is approximately $150,000.00.
“The selection of Cemtrex’s D7000 IntelliCEMS system for this project once again proves the we are on the edge of technology development,” commented Ravi Narayan, VP and General Manager of Cemtrex’s MIP Division. “Our CEMS are not only well-accepted in the industry, but are also capable of matching the most demanding requirements of R&D and pilot installations and will make our contribution to this exciting and revolutionary new technology with great potential in today’s business and industrial environments.” With the increasing demand for energy recovery and emission control technologies worldwide, Cemtrex products are well-positioned to be part of this growing multi-billion dollar industry.
