When you take a close look at Sprint Nextel, good things seem to be happening on a variety of levels.

They have repaired their very weak customer service rankings. They are building their 4G network.

Basically Sprint Nextel is recovering from a very long weak period over the last 5 to 10 years. They have had three CEO’s during that time.

Current CEO Dan Hesse seems to have Sprint catching the Wave, finally. If so, that could be great news for the company.

However Sprint Nextel is still suffering in a key area.

They don’t do a good job of telling the world about their good news. They didn’t in the 1990′s or 2000′s and they still don’t in the 2010′s.

That’s a key problem they must solve for the company to fully catch the wave and recover.

Now and then they put out a press release and hope the world catches on. That’s not enough.

Numbers may be much improved, but will the marketplace know about it? That is the key question.

It’s like the age old question, when a tree falls in a forest, but no one is there to see it, does it make a sound?
