The Community Health Center provides Primary Care Medical and Dental Services, X-Ray Imaging Services, Laboratory Testing and Vaccination Services to patients in Northwest Metro Atlanta. We specialize in providing quality, low cost health services to underserved patient groups such as the uninsured and under-insured.
