Exquisite Corpse Company is a Brooklyn based, integrated performance art collective. ECC’s latest production follows last summer’s Secession 2015, a Secessionist art gallery brought to life by the company’s formidable team of playwrights and performers. The company has also recently toured productions to New Orleans (Secession, 2015, Faux/Real Festival) & Colorado Springs (Untitled #3, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center). ECC is committed to creating a community of young artists in all mediums in New York who inspire each other and create uniquely together. Throughout the year, ECC’s smaller projects, such as the BlackBox Series & bi-annual Writer’s Lab reinforces that initiative, showcasing new works by emerging artists of varied mediums in singular, immersive events. Above all, the mission of ECC is make theater approachable and newly relevant to everyone.
