Born and raised in Leeds, studied mathematics at Manchester University. Worked in IT for 28 years leading $150m programs, running $300m departments and managing teams of 1000 staff. After a successful career, Gordon started to write, speak and coach on leadership and how to create highly engaged, excited and empowered teams who deliver amazing results. Gordon now writes for Entrepreneur, Inc, and Huffington Post and is a Visiting Professor at Staffordshire University.
