Liberty Private Care is independently owned by Husband and Wife team Andrew and Fiona Key. Together they have over 50 years direct nursing and care experience having worked in the NHS, nursing and residential care, nursing and care agencies and owned and managed a successful homecare company in the north west for over 20 years.
