Newpark Drilling Fluids breaks ground for new division headquarters New facility set to open in 2013 March 23, 2012--Newpark Drilling Fluids celebrated the official groundbreaking of its new Katy division headquarters facility, as NDF President Bruce Smith and Perry Bennett, Executive Vice President North America, turned the first golden shovels of dirt. The event was attended by numerous Newpark employees and members of the project’s architectural and design team. The technologically advanced 11-acre facility is scheduled for completion in mid-summer 2013, and will be the new home to Newpark’s acclaimed research and development laboratory and field services lab. It will also house the company’s management, administrative, engineering/operations, sales and marketing offices. fices.
