The organization’s ultimate goal is to get Stella’s Voice chapters started on college and high school campuses around the country to raise awareness and build support.

Stella’s Voice, a leader in international advocacy for children, is working to ensure that this holiday season is a special time for the vast number of orphans in Moldova. The organization is working to send special Christmas boxes to all 12,500 orphans in Moldova, as a way to help these children obtain food, clothing and gifts of their own. Each box costs $25; donors can download Christmas cards on the agency’s website, transcribed in Romanian, to send along with their boxes. Stella’s Voice has been supporting orphans in this region since the fall of communism 20 years ago, to protect them from human trafficking and slavery. Stella’s Voice, an internationally recognized human rights advocacy group, continues to serve orphans in Moldova by leveraging the support of dedicated high school and college students. Currently, the group has campus chapters at 10 universities and three high schools, spanning across five states and the United Kingdom. Campus groups provide support through financial donations, material goods, general awareness efforts and mission trips to Moldova. Established in the early 1990s, Stella’s Voice is a leader in efforts to protect and foster children across Moldova, dating back to the fall of communism. As the number of children forced into slavery and sex trafficking grows, the group has created numerous safe havens for children and those who have aged out of state-run facilities. Currently, construction is under way on two new homes that will meet a critical need within the region, providing a safe home and stable environment.
