Trimaran Fund Management, LLC (“Trimaran Fund Management”) is a manager of private equity funds. Funds managed by Trimaran Fund Management and its predecessors have invested approximately $1.75 billion in over 60 acquisition and other private equity transactions totaling more than $10 billion. These transactions ranged from growth and technology-oriented investments to highly-structured project and infrastructure investments to deep value investments and turn-arounds. The subject companies in these acquisitions spanned a variety of industries including energy, infrastructure, telecom/media, technology, consumer products and services, financial services, and manufacturing.
