Kiely Construction Co. recently appointed Andrew Thomson to head up its health and safety department. “Fresh off a long-term health and safety project at the Pentagon, Mr. Thomson has joined our Health and Safety Department to enhance the safety and the overall health of our employees,” said John Kiely, President of J.F.
