He gave her a business proposition on the spot due to the fact his current supplier of gluten-free foods was delivering lackluster products at best.

That seminal moment convinced Aimee she was on to something. She continues building an excellent reputation in her community as word-of-mouth spreads like wildfire with the news that gluten-free, vegan baked goods don’t need to taste like cardboard; they can actually be tasty. At present, Start From Scratch is a husband and wife team working out of their own home kitchen. Ever-increasing demand for her vegan and gluten-free food is what inspired them to move their bakery business out of their home and into a commercial kitchen.
