Topeka, KS -- (ReleaseWire) -- 04/29/2014 -- The American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA) will be hosting a presentation entitled “Holistic Stress Management,” on Sunday June 8, 2014 from 1:30-5:30 p.m. at its 34th annual conference in Portland, Oregon. This will be the fourth in a series at the June conference.
This dynamic educational lecture and workshop has been developed to demonstrate effective coping and relaxation techniques that integrate, balance, and harmonize the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. The program will provide attendees with a user-friendly approach to managing stress without the use of drugs.
