Pune, Maharashtra -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/23/2014 -- The event was the annual function of DSM for their employees from all over Maharashtra. The event was customized as “DSM – Bollywood Nite 2013”and was held at a popular club within the city. PlaceMyEvent’s creative team provided the theme and setting for predefined venue, in collaboration with the client’s cultural committee. The main event venue was decorated with beautiful drapes all around. Posters of various DSM employees posing as the Bollywood celebrities with popular dialogues put up inside the venue and illuminated by special lights. A huge customized backdrop was prepared according to the theme and erected inside the venue. Complementing the complete decoration were several life size cut outs of Bollywood celebrities.

Welcome posters of images of DSM employees adorned the entrance; while the reception was adorned by the man welcome banner containing life size images of all the members of the cultural committee of DSM. Also, there was a customized ticket counter built for the event to give a complete feel of Bollywood and to distribute customized coupons which were used during the event to perform a Lucky Draw session and give away goodies to several employees. PlaceMyEvent had also assisted DSM in conducting an award ceremony for their employees by providing customized trophies and momentoes.

At the end of the event, all employees, especially the members of the cultural committee, were highly satisfied with the innovative work done by PlaceMyEvent and all the support provided during the event and had appreciated the efforts of PlaceMyEvent by means of a special email.
