Broadview Homes, a member of the Qualico Group of Companies, has been named a finalist in six categories for SAM (sales and marketing) Awards that will be presented on April 18 by the Canadian Home Builders' Association-Calgary Region -- the best showing by the Calgary builder since 2012.

Best New Home - $295,000 - $334,999 – The Elliston model located in Evanston located at 128 Evansglen Close in northeast Calgary.
Best New Home - $425,000 - $484,999 – The Cavalier model located in Boulder Creek at 224 Bouldercreek Dr in Langdon.
Best New Home - $485,000 - $549,999 – The Berkshire located in Kinniburg at 209 Sandpiper Blvd in Chestermere.
