Now Available: Consumer Foodservice by Location in Israel
Foodservice grew during the year by 5% in value terms, as income grew and awareness of eating out continued to gain popularity. As expected, the majority of foodservice was accounted for by stand-alone spots such as in high-traffic streets, in business centres and even in the countryside. It can be mentioned that foodservice grew by 2% in terms of outlets and by 3% in terms of transactions as a result of a growing demand for all foodservice categories.
