In 2012, dengue fever grew rapidly and led to OTC to Rx switches of analgesics. In 2013, it was even worse. Dengue fever affected over 4% more people in 2013 than in 2012. This led to an OTC to Rx switch of Ibuprofen, Diclofenac, Aspirin and Naproxen since February 2013.
