The home prices forecasts are from CoreLogic Case-Shiller. Penske made the compilation by tallying the number of consumer truck rental reservation based on one-way services made online through the company’s call center services in 2013. Currently, the median income of Dallas is $69,000 and the median home price is $208,000. The home price growth forecast is 4%.
