The lawsuit was originally filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc over alleged Violations of Federal Securities Laws in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements made between November 9, 2010 and April 26, 2012.
