Consumer Foodservice by Location in Germany - New Market Study Published
Due to the maturity and saturation of consumer foodservice in Germany, as well as ongoing overall decline in outlet volume, there were only marginal shifts in share by location towards the end of the review period. The largest location, standalone, continued to lose share in 2012, while lodging also saw below-average current value growth.
