New Market Report: Spectacles in South Korea
International brands continued expanding their sales shares in spectacles thanks to their "brand power". Spectacles are considered as relatively easy-to-afford luxury goods in price terms, compared to other items such as bags. People therefore prefer to own a branded product when purchasing spectacles. With such a trend in place, international brands recorded a good performance with their "brand power" in spectacles, despite efforts by local brand owners.
