Recent Study: Cheese in Macedonia
Cheese consumption has a long-standing tradition in Macedonia which is the keystone of the category's success in the country, and its strong growth despite ongoing economic hardship and financial market volatilities affecting the average Macedonian consumer. Despite the 2013 health scare related to certain dairy manufacturers, whose drinking milk was found to contain aflatoxins, cheese seems to have been little affected by these developments in early 2013.
