Breakfast Cereals in Bulgaria - New Study Released
Breakfast cereals is the best developing product category within bakery and is expected to post the highest volume and value growth rates, as compared to baked goods and biscuits. In 2013 the category will recover from the slight drop experienced in 2011 and 2012 and return to positive growth in volume. As Bulgarians recover their consumer confidence, after the economic slowdown of the 2009-2012 period, they are reverting to buying non-staple products, which also include breakfast cereals.
