"Luxury Travel Goods in China" Published
Luxury travel goods saw another year of dampened growth in 2013, due to the weakened domestic economy, as well as rising overseas consumption of luxury travel goods due to the wide price gap. As luxury travel goods were not considered essential by many consumers, and could be easily damaged during travel, consumers preferred products with relatively low prices and good quality as substitutes in the unfavourable economic environment, leading to continued decelerating value growth in 2013.
