Nappies/Diapers/Pants in Chile - New Market Study Published
In June 2013, the president of Chile, Sebastian Pinera, spoke at a government ceremony in Santiago in which he elaborated on the importance of policy changes spearheaded by his administration regarding the country's decreasing birth rate. In 2013, the average Chilean woman had two children, a level that will not actually maintain the current number of Chileans, and apart from Cuba, is the lowest rate in Latin America.
