Sales of these products are still marginal in Guatemala since many people are unaware of their existence or feel embarrassed to purchase them. However, companies are trying to end this taboo by introducing more comfortable products such as Affective Safe Pants from Kimberly-Clark Guatemala, which resemble regular underwear.
