Baked Goods in Serbia - New Market Study Published
Bread is the dominant baked goods category, expected to cover 95% of total volume sales and 92% of total value sales in 2013.This indicates that trends in bread are at the same time trends in baked goods as a whole. Due to the fact that bread (as the most essential nutrition/staple product in the country) has already reached its full maturity in the Serbian market, the category is not expected to post an increase in volume terms in 2013.
