The Tunisian company El Mazraa is trying to improve its product quality each year and trying to monopolise the market with its new launches. After the great success achieved by its brands, Traditional Brik, Kammouneya and Rouz Jerbi, the company launched new brands in the same range, taking advantage of the good reputation and high demand for other ready meals.
