Wipes in Serbia never experienced negative growth rates in current terms during the crisis years, but growth did significantly slow down between 2008 and 2012 compared to previous years. It is obvious that consumers were more than ready to give up on these products when budgets were tight, but with higher disposable income comes better performance, as people became accustomed to convenience which wipes can offer.
