Just Released: "Vitamins and Dietary Supplements in Norway"
The Norwegian Directorate of Health recommends people eating less fat fish than three times a week to use cod liver oil or other omega 3 products. The same accounts for vitamin D, especially for elderly people and those with dark skin tone. Women who are planning to get pregnant are recommended to consume folic acid one month before expected impregnation and the first three months of pregnancy.
