HJ observed over 1000 women and she realized that most of them eat 1600-1700 calories each day. Because their bodies normally need 1600-1700 calories in order to survive, they do not lose weight if they do not exercise, and in fact most of them gain weight because sometimes these women decided to go for sweets, so they consume more than 1700 calories daily.
So, HJ realized that just by cutting down 300 calories from their menu, these women would lose 50 pounds in about a year, without having to go to the gym, or exercising at home or without having to starve.
Since the only thing these women have to do in order to have a daily caloric deficit of about 300 calories per day, was to replace some of the high caloric foods, with other ones that for a bigger quantity provide less calories, but a little more nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants. The best foods of that kind are fresh veggies.
So, HJ decided to create a meal plan in which she would change help of the meat, with fresh or steamed carrots or broccoli. These way, the women who would eat this would get enough energy, more foods, but less calories.
She emailed this plan and after a few weeks 10 women decided to join her plan for losing 50 pounds of fat. They decided to only eat bad foods once a week, and to drink lots of water each day, because this would boost metabolism as well.
Hj was a little worried about her project because she though many of the 10 women will not have enough results and they would quit, but none of them did.
After 1 year, they all send some photos to HJ and 3 of the women have lost over 50 pounds in that year. In fact all women have lost at least 21 pounds through HJ method of dieting the smart way for losing 50 pounds fast.
