In May 2014, HJ was invited to speak at a conference for super overweight women. Most of the attendents were over 100 pounds overweight and HJ had a fantastic speech that moved all the women from the room.

At the end of the speech, HJ allowed the women in the room to ask her a few questions and the question that all women wanted to know the answer to was how can they really lose 100 pounds so that they will become just fat, and not obese as they were for over a few years.
