Hydraulic Breaker Services LLC Now Offering Tool Holder/Front Head Reconditioning This October

West Berlin, NJ -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/10/2014 -- Hydraulic Breaker Services LLC is pleased to announce that Tool Holder and Front Head reconditioning is available this October. Contractors who need to revamp their hammers can count on the company’s expert service. Whether the problem is a severe cracked front head or hairline fractures, Hydraulic Breaker Services LLC can assess the needed repairs.

After a breaker arrives at the company’s top-notch service facility, it is disassembled and inspected. The careful inspection is followed by a detailed analysis of the problem(s). An estimate is compiled of all aspects of the repair job including parts and labor. Then, the estimate is sent to the client for approval. Once the reconditioning has been approved the hammer is serviced.

The breaker reconditioning process is precise and fastidious. First, the main body is removed, along with all other sections, and components are inspected. Then, the original factory access plugs are taken out and sent to be dipped. This ensures the removal any contamination before rebuilding and adds longevity to the breaker. Lastly, all new seals are installed, along with pistons, cylinders, and tie rods. Reconditioned breakers are typically shipped back to clients within a week.

In addition to stocking an array of rebuilt tool holders and front heads, the company stocks NPK hydraulic breakers. Models of NPK breakers include the E-203 with an energy class of 500, the E-2007 with an energy class of 2,000, the 16X with an energy class of 7,000, and the 30x with an energy class of 15,000.
