Bobby Brown, a Senior Project Engineer celebrating 17 years of Hytrol service, said he came searching for a stable company and found a job in which he could learn and grow. Brown said, “Every order was different, and that was exciting. I really like learning new things and progressing. I never want to stagnate. This is a good group to work with. Where you work is where you’re going to spend a third of your day, so it’s good to make sure you enjoy it.”

Chad Brengard is a Systems Project Engineer also celebrating 17 years of Hytrol service. He started working at Hytrol upon receiving the recommendation of a friend. “I stayed because of the opportunities here,” said Brengard. “You can get anywhere you want to be in this company if you want to. I’d like to retire from here. I don’t want to go anywhere else.”
