Jonesboro, AR -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/18/2014 -- Hytrol Conveyor Co., Inc., an industry expert in automated material handling solutions, is pleased to announce that Phillip Poston has been promoted to Director of Communications. Prior to his most recent role as the manager of marketing, Poston has gained a broad scope of experience during his 15 years with Hytrol, ranging from customer service, sales and marketing to Manufacturing Focus Factory Coordinator.
As Director of Communications, Poston will be responsible for education and training, external communications, and Hytrol’s marketing efforts. He plans to leverage his experience to develop programs for employee engagement and career development, while raising the bar for educational opportunities.

Poston holds a degree in Marketing from Arkansas State University. He currently serves as the chair of the business networking committee at the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce, and is a board member for the Craighead County Community Foundation.
