In2town Press Release Shocked Ryanair Refused a Sick Lad to Board Their Flight

The owner of In2town Press Release, who provides online marketing for small business owners for £25, has said she is shocked that Ryanair refused to allow a sick young boy to board their flight.

Los Angeles, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/18/2015 -- This week Ryanair spent a great deal of money trying to remove the bad publicity they receive by announcing cheap flights to America. However, it seems all that money has been wasted after the shocking news came to light they refused to allow a sick ten-year-old boy to board one of their flights. A spokesman from In2town Press Release said they and the owner were disgusted with Ryanair.

The incident happened on the 7th March 2015, after the parents of the ten-year-old boy was told by Madrid's Hospital La Paz that they had a liver and kidney available for their son. They immediately went to Gran Canaria's Airport to fly to the capital but were informed they would not be allowed to travel.

The parents and their son arrived at the airport at 3pm for the 4.50pm flight. However, the Ryanair team told them they could not board the flight due to the proximity to the departure. The parents explained how urgent it was they boarded the flight and how their son needed a life-saving operation, but it seems Ryanair has no heart.

A Ryanair spokesman told MailOnline: 'We have looked into this matter with our handling agent at Las Palmas and, unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate this family onto our flight, as it was too close to the departure time. We offered full assistance to the family regarding their flight requirements.'

The parents turned to Air Europa, who found them a flight and they were up in the air on the way to the hospital one and a half hours later. Luckily for the ten-year-old boy, they arrived at the hospital in time for the life-saving operation, and now he is recovering.

The popular small business marketing company who provide press release writing and distribution services for £25 said when they first heard about the story they thought it was a joke. However, after receiving confirmation that the ten-year-old boy was turned down, the owner of the company said she was shocked and disgusted.
