Kollard has been created by a consortium of three companies based in the Netherlands.

Tweetonig: A design firm based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, specializing in concept design, rapid prototyping and injection mold design. Tweetonig was founded by John Tillema and Dimer Schaefer, two designers with expertise at both small and large design firms

CloudSensor: An electronics design firm from Den Bosch, The Netherlands, specializing in Internet-of-Things products, lean hardware development and focus on manufacturability.

Xyglo: Software consultancy based in Amsterdam, NL, specializing in developing innovative projects and products across the world of mobile, IoT, software design and systems integration. Xyglo is run by software engineer and product lead Richard Bown.
