Land Data That Is Rich and Deep

Denver, CO -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/19/2019 -- USLandGrid recently updated their national land grid product. Their Texas land data includes abstracts, major surveys, minor surveys, sections, blocks, subdivisions, lots, tracts, Gulf of Mexico and boundaries. All the other states include sections, townships, lots, quartersand boundaries.

They also include district boundaries, Texas townships, University lands and railroad sections.

Basically, they don't leave anything out. The land grid is rich and deep and includes all the land grid layers.

Their non-Texas land grid data is based on the public land survey system (PLSS), which is directly tied to the USGS 1:24k topographic maps. Their Texas land grid data is directly tied to the Texas survey data maintained by the Railroad Commission (RRC).

All of this is updated regularly by USLandGrid.

USLandGrid uses a consistent data model across states and counties. This makes consumption of the land grid easier to integrate within your desktop software and enterprise systems.

They also have a perpetual licensing model. When you purchase USLandGrid GIS data you receive a perpetual license to use the data forever at all interal company locations. This means you will never be charged to lease or rent the data. You will also never be asked to remove the data from your enterprise or your desktops.
