Dr. Daniel Jackson has had his dental practice for almost 30 years. Dr. Jackson never once even considered having a website because his practice is constantly growing due to referrals from his current dental patients. This changed recently when his nephew Dr. Brian Kitchell joined the practice and helped Dr. Jackson understand the value of having a website.

One of the biggest reasons why Dr. Jackson finally decided a website was a good idea for the well being of Ashland Dental & Oral Health was due to the fact that they never saw many of the referrals from patients.
“Our patients were asking us if the person they referred had come to see us and we kept saying no they did not. It did not take long to figure out what the disconnect was, they couldn’t find us online.”
Having a website it critical even for those businesses that are referral based. Instead of handing out business cards of writing down a phone number. People just telling the referral to look the business up online. When the referral can’t find the business they will end up calling someone they did find online.
