The fact that the book entails the imagination of an eight year old girls goes to show the genuineness of the character Guilia, who is herself an eight year old travelling the world on her magical unicorn.

The story is about Guilia and her adventures discovering the world with her furry friend, a magical unicorn who makes her wishes come true. “The Adventures of Giulia / Le avventure di Giulia” takes its inspiration from Michelle’s own travel experiences. In addition to the book being inspired by real life experiences of an enthusiastic eight year old, it is also bilingual which offers a great starting point for kids interested to learn the beauty of the Italian language, reinforce their cultural heritage, and practice their Italian skills.
