Magline announced recent company expansion with Jennifer Lovett as Human Resource Manager. Greg Ecker, Magline President and COO, welcomed Lovett to Magline, “Lovett’s more than 20 years background in manufacturing and her extensive experience in an HR Manager role help to position her as a great fit for Magline. Her background in recruiting, employee relations, talent management, and compensation along with her desire to make a difference will all contribute to helping Magline achieve our future goals. Prior to joining Magline, Lovett was the Human Resource Manager for Chicago Miniature Lighting, LLC. Chicago Miniature Lighting is a tier one and tier two automotive manufacturer with operations in the US and Costa Rica. At Chicago Miniature Lighting, Lovett managed all HR, administrative support, and legal needs for US Operations and provided control functions to AP and AR in Costa Rica and former Dominican Republic operation.

Lovett has her Senior Human Resource Professional Certification. She acquired a BA in Psychology, majored in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati.
