This new document has become available after Tabernus announced back in 2013 successful testing of its solid-state drive (SSD) data erasure software in which was offered by ADISA (Asset Disposal Information Security Alliance) and performed by the Information Security Research Group University of South Wales.

Constructed on ADISA’s testing methodology, the solid-state drives Tabernus put forward to go through testing were successfully erased for consumer level and enterprise level application

The possession of solid-state drives is believed to rise, consequently making up 40% of the hard drive market by the year 2016, due to such estimates Tabernus is continually investing in an array of resources to keep pace with SSD as an developing technology.
