Focus Capital Partners today announced that Edward S. Liu Kang resigned as a member of its Board of Directors in light of his new role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in an independent insurance company. His resignation was effective with the first day of this month.

Hong Kong -- (ReleaseWire) -- 01/22/2014 --Mr. Liu Kang had been a director of Focus Capital Partners since its inception. During that time, he served as chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Compensation Committee.
