Crown Exposition Highlights the Importance of Trade Show Participation

Naperville, IL -- (ReleaseWire) -- 02/07/2014 --The Center for Exhibition Research highlights trade show numbers to demonstrate the continued importance of this type of event when it comes to marketing and communication. According to the CEIR, trade shows continue to see growth in attendance as of the fourth quarter of 2012, making this the ninth quarter in a row which has seen growth. Although many believe trade shows will become a thing of the past thanks to technological advances, the numbers prove them wrong.

"Companies looking to participate in trade shows turn to Crown Exposition to handle their trade show rental in Chicago needs as they feel confident knowing the company can handle all of their pipe and drape rental in Chicago requirements or their table and chair rental in Chicago requirements with no problem. Mike Kronemann, founder of the company, provides the experience companies need to ensure their trade show exhibition is properly displayed at all times," Thomas Kronemann, spokesman for the company, declares.

Industries seeing the most convention growth include transportation, food, communication and information technology and, finance/real estate/legal. CEIR believes attendance for certain industries may be impacted by government travel restrictions, leading many to assume that the numbers being reported could be higher. Discretionary consumer services, business services, and consumer goods and retail trade are other industries which saw growth in 2012. Government, education, and building, construction, home and repair are the three industry sectors which did not see growth during 2012, when discussing trade show attendance.

Many expo service companies, once an event is complete, never request information from their clients concerning what worked and what didn't. Crown Exposition continuously strives to improve their services and asks each client to fill out a customer satisfaction survey, a survey covering topics such as overall service, quality of materials, and overall value. In addition, Crown Exposition asked where improvements can be made and if the client would recommend the company's services to others to ensure they make changes needed.

"Customers deserve nothing less than the best and Crown Exposition strives to provide high quality service at all times. Flexibility is a trademark of the company, and we continue to expand to ensure we meet the needs of our clients at all times," Kronemann states.
