Sicklerville, NJ -- (ReleaseWire) -- 02/26/2014 --Bovio Heating & Air Conditioning, a heating repair company in Voorhees, is pleased to announce they will be sending CEO Brian Bovio, Installation Manager Sean Fitch, and Service Manager Donald Tash to the 2014 Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Conference. During the conference, they will receive training regarding industry developments in emerging technology, customer service, and technical advancements.

The annual conference gathers together the biggest HVAC contractors in the nation to discuss the state of the industry and exchange ideas on how to do business in a changing world. In addition to four days of inspiring lectures from leaders in the field of HVAC, participants spend valuable time meeting one on one and also casually interacting with each other. This immersion creates an unprecedented opportunity for networking and sharing that strengthens the HVAC trade as a whole.

As Chairman of Efficiency First, a national home performance contractors association, and President of the NJ ACCA State Association, Mr. Bovio will give a presentation on Home Performance at the conference titled “Home Performance is Ours” on Tuesday, March 18th at 2:30pm. His experience in these fields has made Bovio Heating & Air Conditioning a leader in the push to incorporate the HVAC industry into a whole home approach.

While there aren’t many new developments in home performance, Bovio notes, the difference is in the attack. The CEO of Bovio HVAC plans to use his time to help businesses understand how to upgrade to include home performance, adjusting technical skills and procedures without losing their marketing language.

Bovio Heating & Air Conditioning continually seeks out new training opportunities for their technicians in order to better serve customers’ needs for heating repair in Cherry Hill. In addition to the training that Mr. Bovio and his associates will receive at the ACCA Conference, they will be sending other employees to a geothermal heat pump manufacturing facility and a regional Carrier dealer meeting for further training on product selection and troubleshooting.
