The Phase II construction project will begin in May 2014 and provide for new storage units over 12,600 sq ft. This will consist of two single story drive-up self storage buildings. Moove In has initiated their expansion phase at this time as demand is high and available units are low.

This facility located at Rohrerstown Road and Route 283 which will be undergoing the expansion is one of six Moove In Self Storage facilities in the Lancaster, PA area. This Moove In Self Storage sits conveniently on the outskirts of Lancaster, PA.

This facility opened in 2008 and currently has a mix of 588 total storage units with a mix of drive-up, interior and temperature controlled units. The facility is fully fenced with security cameras and gated customer entry via a keypad.

Demands for new construction have been quickly filling up IREC's schedule for 2014. Storage facilities typically have very high occupancy, making expansion and renovation projects attractive to facility owners.
