Emil Yau of Shim Sham Life is an internet programmer and marketing consultant. The idea behind this site came from his own personal shopping research for his two year old daughter. While Yau and his wife were shopping online for their two year old daughter, Emil came upon a site about balance bikes. He was amazed that he had never heard of them before, especially after reading about all the benefits they provide. He also became aware of how painstaking it was to research balance bikes information for his own personal use.

Yau had never heard of these companies before, and through research came to know them and think highly of them. As parents, we want the best for our kids and we want them to develop with the best toys and learning materials,” Yau states. “In this case, I was amazed when I first found out all the benefits to using a balance bike. My first thought was that everyone should know about balance bikes, and being an internet marketer I knew that my next step was to put up a website.”

With that said, Yau plans to use the new website as a one stop area for information. True to his word, since launching this week, the site already has reviews of four of the most popular balance bikes for toddlers on their website, and Yau happily states, “Oh yes! There are many more to follow!”
