Mafia, the company, was founded in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is where a great team is working round the clock to deliver orders to Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Peru and Chile. While they’ve made a significant contribution in South America, they need to spread the word and let people around the world know what they are doing in order to make a significant change by continuing to recycle lots of sails and generating new jobs.

With this intention, Marcos & Paz Mafia came up with the idea to open a new ‘Mafia’ production site in San Francisco, CA. By joining their campaign, the backers will help make their vision a reality. They have already contacted two manufacturers in California that are ready to increase their scale, hire more people and start producing ‘Mafia’.

San Francisco has a widespread sailing community. There are countless sportsmen and women who have stored old sails in their garage. This “trash” might end up in a land fill, spoiling soil and, ultimately, damaging the environment. Marcos & Paz are coming up with a solution.

A new operation facility means making more samples, designing adjustments and buying hardware. Marcos & Paz are eager to assemble their new workshop. The funding goal of $25,000 we enable them to raise their sails and start moving.
