After a 30 day grace period, allowing the Citizens Advisory Council (CAC) an opportunity to comment on the case, the Wade CAC voted overwhelmingly in favor of the request. After a presentation by chief planner Travis Crane, the consistency of the plan with future land use and urban form was unquestionable. After addition of some conditions regarding building design, unit mix and building materials used in construction, the Motion passed with the approval of all members in attendance (See Ordinance 313 ZC 699 for details).
