Philadelphia, PA -- (ReleaseWire) -- 07/07/2014 --The Beta Box LLC is a Game Development Co. located in Philadelphia, PA. Inspired by the community around them, the company’s goal is to teach fun by creating new methods of game play, and by envisioning new uses for already classic methods of game play. Their first product, “Translation!” is the perfect reflection of their aspirations.

The objective of the game is to teach the common vocabulary of foreign languages using team play and verbal examples to enhance recollection. “Translation!” also serves as a foreign language alternative for “Taboo” and similar style games. Players can score the most points by guessing the most words.

What makes Translation! different from similar products is that it's not just a game that stops being fun once the players have memorized the cards. The game has actually been designed to gear the players towards memorizing the cards so that when they have reached that level of proficiency, they can begin to play the game speaking foreign languages fluently.

Currently “Translation!” is ready for production. The Beta Box LLC has combed through many aspects of the game and they are ready to start full production. They are thrilled to be working closely with a representative from WinGo Games on the production of the game. Wingo Games is well known for producing Kickstarter's 2013 success Machine of Death, which raised over a half million dollars from a goal of just $23 thousand. The Beta Box is also working in close association with designer Eileen Ferriter, an accomplished professional who has worked with such companies as Hasbro and Spalding, since the early stages of the game's inception.

At this stage in the project The Beta Box LLC has laid down all of the groundwork for the game’s release.

However, in order to start production, they need funds. Once they secure enough in funding from Kickstarter, their manufacturer can start production and help people of all ages learn languages in a rewarding and fun fashion.

This project will only be funded if at least $10,000 is pledged by Sat, Aug 2 2014 9:29 AM +05:30.
