The concept has been under development for four years by a small team in Aalborg, Denmark. This team wants to build a safe network where users can meet new people that have the same interest as them, connect with friends, discover things without allowing cookies to decide what they have to see, free promotion, and earn coins while all of the information is safe and encrypted. No one besides the users have access to their data.

Panacoin is simple and easy to use. The focus is to allow users to be in control of everything they want or may not want to see on the website. Judging by the popularity of social media sites across the globe, the market is virtually limitless. This is the first website to offer paid social media (PTV/PTC/PTP/PTS).
